NO ONE has found a way to stop the clock, but most of us are aware that by looking after our bodies we can at least slow down the effects of time.

Staying fit, eating wisely and keeping mentally busy are all ways of helping your body stay younger for longer.

But how do you know if your hard work is enough, or if you should be making more of an effort to take care of your body?
