VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Mr. Rahoul Sharan, President of Bell Coast Capital Corp. ("Bell Coast") (TSX VENTURE:BCP) announced signing a binding letter agreement with US Energy Corp. ("USEG" - Nasdaq: SC) and Crested Corp. ("CBAG" - BB) doing business as USECC, a joint venture, with respect to the Sheep Mountain uranium mines and properties held by USEG and Crested located in the Crooks Gap Mining District in south-central Fremont County, Wyoming.
The letter agreement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Upon such approval, Bell Coast is to make payments up to $3,750,000 and 3 million shares of Bell Coast common stock to US Energy ...
