GOMEL HOSTS JOINT SITTING OF SUPREME COURT, JUSTICE MINISTRY
A joint sitting of the Supreme Court presidium and the Justice Ministry of Belarus is taking place in Gomel on Wednesday.
Interfax learnt from the justice department of Gomel region administration, the sitting will be mainly dedicated to protection of individual rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution, state and public interests, as well as rights of juridical persons disregarding their form of ownership.
Moreover, sitting participants will talk over justice effectiveness in Gomel region courts. --o-- A
