Nov. 4--The Duluth Economic Development Authority in December is expected to consider a contract for a long-awaited business incubator in the Duluth Technology Village.
The so-called Technology Cluster Incubator will be smaller than envisioned in some earlier plans, and it will be run by the University of Minnesota Duluth's Center for Economic Development.
It's intended to nurture small, high-tech businesses as they work through their first tenuous years.
The plan is to give 4,000 square feet of rent-free space to at least five fledgling technology ...
