Nov. 4--A Mequon lumberyard with redevelopment potential has been sold to investors for the second time in just more than a year.
The 2.6-acre site, 6209 W. Mequon Road, was sold by Bullpen Enterprises LLC to JNNF LLC, said Matt Bertucci, a broker with James T. Barry Co., who represented Bullpen. Mark Schnoll, a broker with Inland Cos., represented JNNF.
The sale price was not disclosed, but a real estate industry source said it was around $500,000.
Bullpen bought the property in September 2003 for $320,000, according to the Ozaukee County register of deeds. Bullpen's registered agent is Menomonee Falls real estate ...
