WESTWOOD, Mass., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Cingular Wireless has named Mark Collins as Vice President and General Manager of Cingular Wireless New England, which is made up of Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut and is a part of the company's new Northeast Region announced last week following the completion of Cingular's merger with AT&T Wireless. The newly combined company is now the country's biggest wireless provider with more than 46 million customers and has the largest digital voice and data network in the nation.
