Madison `a nice place to feel at home'
State Street Brats was pretty well deserted around 5 p.m., but Arlie Schardt was there, enjoying a steak sandwich and telling a friend on his cell phone about how beautiful the Capitol looked and marveling about the coffeehouse he'd passed where you could buy "a cup of gay, lesbian or transsexual coffee."
