LIVERMORE, Calif. -- McGrath RentCorp (Nasdaq:MGRC), a leading rental provider of modular buildings for classroom and office space, and test equipment for general purpose and communications needs, today announced revenues for the quarter ended September 30, 2004, of $72.5 million, compared to $34.9 million in the third quarter of 2003. The Company reported net income of $9.4 million, or $0.76 per share, compared to $6.1 million, or $0.50 per share in the third of quarter 2003.
