Nov. 5--The leaders of a project to film a western movie in the Brookville area announced this week they are terminating their plans -- for now.
Efforts to raise financing for the film, "The Last Real Cowboy," staring Wayne Dahring, weren't successful, Dahring and executive producer and director Michael David McGuire said Thursday.
The pair are leaving open the possibility that the project could be revived. However McGuire said they didn't want to leave area residents of the area with false expectations.
