2004 NOV 10 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Pfizer announced that the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia has denied Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.'s attempt to block the launch of generic gabapentin by Pfizer's subsidiary Greenstone Ltd.
The court action came in response to Teva's motion for a preliminary injunction and temporary restraining order filed in its case against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Pfizer and Greenstone.
