Nov. 5--Clark's faculty and administration made their cases before a state hearing examiner Wednesday in an unfair labor practice charge filed against Clark College.
An official from the state Public Employment Relations Commission heard more than six hours of testimony concerning a pay formula for a college assessment project.
While it's a big step, the hearing in the Baird Hall boardroom probably marks just the midpoint in what could be a yearlong process.
