Nov. 6--KINGSTON, N.Y. -- With oil prices sky-high and looking to stay there, some businesses are starting to search for alternatives.
Alternative energy sources, that is.
And that was the focus of a conference here yesterday sponsored by Hudson Valley Energy Options. About 30 people showed up to discuss ways for businesses to cut costly energy bills.
Energy efficiency is essential to a good business model, said consultant Andrew Clinton. And as prices rise, it will only become moreso.
