CHICAGO -- On November 16, leading experts in law, government and public policy will examine the social and legal issues underlying two major upcoming U.S. Supreme Court cases that challenge the constitutional boundaries on the taking of private property by the government. The roundtable discussion, sponsored by The National Law Journal(R) and The University of Chicago Law School, will take place on Tuesday, November 16 at 4:30 p.m. at the Law School's Weymouth Kirkland Courtroom, 1111 E. 60th St. in Chicago.
