OAK BROOK, Ill., Nov. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Graphic Arts Monthly (GAM), a Reed Business Information magazine, has moved its editorial offices to suburban Chicago from New York City. In addition, Bill Esler, formerly Midwest editor of GAM and a 30-year industry veteran, has been named editor-in-chief.
