Nov. 9--The Crown Property Bureau is finalising a new business plan for 2005 that would highlight three new projects expected to be worth billions of baht.
The projects are a new lease development for the Suan Lum Night Bazaar on Rama IV Road, an ambitious redevelopment plan for Ratchadamnoen Klang Avenue, and the redevelopment of 4,000 rai of land throughout Bangkok, occupied by slums and substandard housing.
Chirayu Israngkul na Ayutthaya, the CPB director-general, said the business plan would be finalised by the end of the year, but declined to offer details.
