Harris Publications, Inc., publisher of such popular magazines as Guitar World, Revolver, King and XXL, has signed on for another 10 years at the newly renovated 1115 Broadway in the Flatiron District. According to James Buslik, principal at Adams & Co., who served as the sole broker in the transaction, Harris will continue to occupy 43,500 square feet for its offices and 1,562 square feet of space for storage.
Harris's decision to remain in the prewar building was due in part to the recent multi-million dollar renovations at the 12-story, 272,000-square-foot building. The upgraded building features new windows, a renovated lobby and new common space. Other ...
