THE VIRGINIAN-PILOT
SUFFOLK - Glen Forest, a subdivision of about 25 families, is about to be dwarfed by a high-dollar development called River Club .
The Club is already zoned for 305 homes on the north and south sides of Bob White Lane , and due west of Glen Forest , which is on the road's north side.
River Club developers also want the City Council to grant them an additional 72 lots under an incentive that provides additional building lots in exchange for leaving open space. The City Council is expected to consider that request after a public hearing during its ...
