It was bigger than ever, but this year's Nantwich International Cheese Show was staged very much with the small cheese maker in mind.

A new Cheese Market feature brought together a number of the country's specialist producers, a sign that organisers were making a concerted effort to win back support from some of those disillusioned by the big producers' increasing dominance of Nantwich in recent years.
