ISLAMABAD, NOV 08 (THE NATION) - Blue area, the biggest commercial centre of the Capital, has been experiencing parking problems over the years due to non construction of the planned car parking to the full extent, in the areas where new plazas have come up. The problems compounded with the haphazard parking of vehicles in front of the plazas by the shop owners and the visitors to the area which not only created problems for proper vehicular traffic flow but also problems for pedestrian movement in the area.
