Nov. 11--Last month, an American Airlines commuter flight slammed into a wooded area near Kirkland, Mo., killing 13.
Employees at Augusta's Emergency Services Integrators soon sprang into action at their Wachovia building headquarters.
The airline is among dozens of major companies, organizations and government bodies using ESi's emergency management systems.
"We were on with them to help them through," said Paul Butler, one of four of principals with the company.
