As often as perception is confused with reality, it's fascinating to see how photography - the most immediate of mediums - adjusts to, chafes against and captures the overlap.
Instead of perceptual investigations, "Resonance," the11th annual Photographic Competition Exhibition at Photographic Center Northwest, mostly plays it safe. Offered is a Whitman's Sampler of styles, from documentary to faux-documentary.
