Funeral services for Richard L. Cremeens I, 67, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, at Madison Funeral Home, 305 Park St., Elgin. Private burial will be in Bluff City Cemetery, Elgin. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the services Saturday, at the funeral home. Born Oct. 14, 1937, in Benton, Ill., the son of Don and Nina Gunter Cremeens, he died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, at Sherman Hospital.
