2004 NOV 16 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- Actonel (risedronate sodium tablets) reduces the risk of vertebral fracture up to 62% at 1 year in women with postmenopausal osteoporosis who are at risk for upper gastrointestinal (GI) side effects, according to new analyses presented at the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) annual meeting.
