Nov. 12--NIGHTLIFE ON STRIP GETTING BUSIER: Two recent additions to the Cumberland Avenue Strip could dramatically add to the area's nightlife.
Brian Rice and David Mebane are filling a niche for student cravings with their 24-hour restaurant called 4th Quarter Grill.
Meanwhile, another established restaurant operator has a new nightspot on the corner of Cumberland and 17th. The owners of Soho Cafe have opened a restaurant on the Strip called Soho Bar, which has a restaurant on one side and a club on the other.
