A new patio home development in Radisson offers an open floor plan with all of the amenities of a single-family home.
"We're trying to appeal to people downsizing and young professionals," said the builder, John Rao of Willowbrook Construction. "The only thing it doesn't have in common with a single-family home is sharing a wall with the neighbor," said Terri LaMack, the builder's representative, who lives in the new patio home section.
The model is in the Island Meadows subdivision of Radisson on lot 2 Marco Lane.
