Nov. 13--Las Vegas' glossy reputation as a world-class resort destination got a fresh polishing Friday as three local hotels and two local restaurants became repeat winners of AAA's Five Diamond Award rating.
Among hotels, AAA awarded five diamonds to Bellagio, the Four Seasons Hotel and The Ritz-Carlton at Lake Las Vegas. Bellagio has won the honor four times, the Four Seasons six times and Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas twice.
Le Cirque and Picasso both won the rating among restaurants. Both are at Bellagio. It was the fourth time Picasso had won the award and the second time for Le Cirque.
MGM Mirage operates Bellagio.
