DALLAS, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting today (Monday), Texans will have a chance to express their opinions about Texas public schools, thanks to a study commissioned by Friends of Texas Public Schools, a non-profit 501c(3) organization. The study begins today with a statewide public opinion poll conducted by Texas Tech University's Institute for Communications Research and funded by Southwest Airlines, a charter sponsor of Friends.
