An Assembly Member will today call for a public inquiry into the foot-and-mouth outbreak which devastated Welsh farming, amid claims a shocking video casts doubt on the Government's handling of the crisis. Glyn Davies has obtained a copy of a video from Farmers Weekly magazine, filmed by Northumberland Trading Standards, that allegedly shows appalling conditions at Burnside Farm, which was central to the 2001 outbreak.
