Three bidders shortlisted for contract to advise on Warsaw Stock Exchange privatization
Warsaw. November 16. INTERFAX-EUROPE - The Treasury Ministry shortlisted three bidders for a contract to advise on the privatization of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Treasury said in as statement on Tuesday.
The Treasury invited Rothschild Sp. z o.o and two consortia. The first consortium consists of McKinsey & Company Poland Sp. z o.o., CDM Pekao SA brokerage house and Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o. o. The second consortium is made up of Citigroup Global Markets Polska Sp. z o.o. and DM Bank Handlowy SA brokerage house.
