CORRECTION/date 10-27-2004: A graphic that appeared in Monday's Daily Herald should have said if most Des Plaines voters say "yes" to switching to a managerial form of government, they also can select in a second ballot question whether they want to continue electing aldermen from wards. A majority "no" vote to changing to a managerial form means the ward system will continue regardless of what voters say on the alderman question.
