When a consumer considers purchasing a power tool, he must decide how often he will use the tool and how useful it will be to him. A do-it-yourselfer must be able to justify his investment. Your employees must be able to provide the facts he needs to help him choose power tools wisely.
To provide this valuable information, employees must fully understand each tool's uses and techniques. They must also understand the differences between various models and brands of the same type of tool.
