Nov. 16--With the money in Bibb County's roads program dwindling in the homestretch of a now 9-year-old initiative, more debate is coming on how to spend the last few millions of dollars in local funding.
Some of that debate played out Monday night as the Road Improvement Program's Executive Committee met for the first time in more than a year and a half. What was left at the end of the more than 2-hour meeting was a laundry list of wants but few promises of funding as the program winds down.
