Nov. 17--San Diego may be America's finest city, but the metropolitan area is no longer one of the country's top 10 economic performers, according to the Milken Institute, a Santa Monica think tank.
Low wage growth and a sluggish high-tech market have knocked San Diego County off the top 10 list of America's best-performing metropolitan areas for the first time in five years.
