WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- The Air Bag & Seat Belt Safety Campaign of the National Safety Council and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) today paid special recognition to U.S. Department of Transportation Secretary Norman Y.
