Suppliers invested heavily to support production of Land Rover Discovery 3, the first new Land Rover vehicle developed under Ford ownership. Dana and GKN set up a joint venture called Chassis Systems, based in Telford, England, to supply an innovative, hydroformed chassis structure. TI Automotive1s complete fuel system features the supplier's "ship in a bottle" technology.
