SAN RAMON, Calif. and LOS ALAMOS, N.M., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Los Alamos National Laboratory, operated by the University of California, and ChevronTexaco Corporation today announced plans to establish an alliance to develop a range of mutually beneficial technologies. This alliance will assist Los Alamos in its Department of Energy mission to advance the national, economic and energy security of the United States and to promote scientific and technological innovation in support of that mission.
