MANILA (FNS) - Taiwan's Far Eastern Textile (FETL) is planning a $400 million polyester fiber plant in the Philippines and the expansion of an existing facility.
Production is estimated at 6,000 tons annually and would be mainly for textiles and apparel to be shipped to overseas markets, including the United States.
