Jane Monheit admits that she's a ``bit of a drama queen.''
``Yeah, I think it's definitely in my character to tend to emote a lot,'' the 26-year-old jazz singer says. ``I did a lot of stage when I was younger, so I became very used to being very open, very personal, very emotional on stage, and I've definitely carried that into my career.''
As she talks on the phone from New York City, she hardly sounds like a drama queen. In fact, if anything, Monheit seems, well, levelheaded when her head should be spinning. Her latest album, ``Taking a Chance on Love,'' besides getting a big push from her label, ...
