News that men are now dieting as much as women will come as no surprise to any man who has driven past the Armani ad on Old Street roundabout.
But it's not the girl that the male eyes are checking out - it is the impossibly chiselled and honed hunk at her side who is guaranteed to make all but the most gym-addicted feel totally inadequate. Surely I am not alone in thinking that everywhere you look these days, you are presented with images of male physical perfection.
