If it weren't for Clint Williams, the three acres in the 150-year-old center of Olmsted Falls might have become just another contemporary strip shopping center.
But in the hands of Mr. Williams, president of Clint Williams Realty, a residential and commercial brokerage in Berea, the northwest corner of Mill Street and Columbia Road has become Grand Pacific Junction.
The grass-covered shopping center's 11 old buildings, which are connected by red brick walkways, originally were used for such purposes as a barn, a livery and a jail. The original appearance of the buildings has been restored, although their interiors were adapted to house 16 shops. They have a ...
