Nov. 21--Last November, about 300 residents in south Bibb County were shocked to learn a no-build zone was being considered for their rural neighborhood.
A year later, many residents say the issue left them bitter and has caused them to put off any plans to build. They contend the issue likely will come up again, even though the proposed zoning change was dropped by the Macon-Bibb County Planning & Zoning Commission in March.
