You've probably heard the bad news about the deteriorating exercise habits of today's kids. But a growing number of teens are defying that trend and dedicating themselves to "feeling the burn." They're even using personal trainers to do it. Personal trainers are fitness instructors who work out of a gym or health club. Trainers help people get and stay fit through one-on-one sessions that often combine weight training with aerobic exercise.
