It's that time of year when the least-used room in the house will get a workout. The dining room will be buzzing next Thursday, the beginning of the feasting season. If the kitchen is the planning and production area, the dining room's a stage. It's showtime. The room has to be resplendent before Fahrenheit 180, end point of all the turkey fuss.
