GOLDEN, Colo., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- On Saturday, December 18, Coors Brewing Company and Coors Distributing Company will team up with the local charity, Sam Sandos Christmas Baskets, and the Denver City Council for the seventh year in a row to deliver food to Denver families in need. The program, Cena en el Barrio, strives to bridge Denver's economic gap during the holiday season by providing food baskets to families who are struggling financially.
Coors will provide $20,000 to purchase food, as well as 1,600 boxes for delivering food, distribution trucks and delivery drivers. Coors Hispanic Employee Network (CHEN) volunteers will be on hand to sort food. ...
