RICHMOND, Va., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Virginia Attorney General Jerry Kilgore, Your Credit Card Companies, and law enforcement representatives teamed up today at a press conference in Richmond to tell consumers about ways they can protect themselves from online credit scams and identity theft during the upcoming holiday season.
