Nov. 22--PREPARING FOR BIOTERROR, AND NATURAL DISASTERS, TOO: A couple of weeks ago, Edward H. Jasper led a bioterrorism preparedness drill among 11 regional hospitals. And last week, he conducted an international conference on terrorism, featuring five experts from Israel. The conference drew more than 600 people.
He led the drill and the conference as part of his role as director of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital's Center for Bioterrorism and Disaster Preparedness.
