Nov. 24--Members of a special state task force said Tuesday that they have already decided New Jersey needs to hold a constitutional convention to reform property taxes.
But settling on the details of such a momentous meeting remains a daunting job for the Property Tax Convention Task Force, which faces a Dec. 31 deadline for a plan to open up the New Jersey Constitution for the first time since 1966.
