NEW YORK - Paolo del Lungo, the Florence, Italy-based handbag company, is expanding into two new arenas with two licensed designer lines and moderate-priced collection under its own label.
This month, the firm launched Andrea Pfister Diffusion, a collection of handbags made under a worldwide licensing agreement with Andrea Pfister, an Italian shoe designer.
In October, it's launching a handbag line by German ready-to-wear designer Harriet Selling, also under a worldwide licensing agreement.
Paolo del Lungo, president and designer of the firm bearing her name, said more designer licensing projects are in the pipeline.
