Analysts hope to take in DDR's southern exposure
* There was rare humor that bordered on giddiness during a conference call Developers Diversified Realty Corp. held Nov. 4 with securities analysts to discuss its planned acquisition of 15 shopping centers in Puerto Rico.
During the question-and-answer session that closed the call, CEO Scott Wolstein noted that analysts who tour properties involved in the proposed deal during a future investor gathering would likely find it "more enjoyable than the tour of our upstate New York acquisitions'' earlier this year. The line got plenty of laughs.
