Beaumont is wrangling with its doctors group again, this time in Oakland County Circuit Court.
Premier Physicians Network P.C. and the Beaumont Integrated Delivery Systems L.L.C. have sued William Beaumont Hospital for ending early a contract that the physicians group says it had to provide medical management for the Beaumont Employee Health Plan. The health plan serves most of Beaumont's 11,000 employees.
The lawsuit also alleges that Beaumont hired away four employees from the physicians group so the hospital system could run the Beaumont health plan in-house. The employees took proprietary information with them, the suit ...
